Preparing and submitting your paper

Proceedings template

Papers must be submitted using the OpenOffice.org or Microsoft Word template provided below. Further instructions and example usage are available in the “How to use the template” document, as well as instructions for submitting your paper.

Please be sure to preserve any included images and charts in their original format to aid the production of the proceedings.

Papers must be at least 1,200 words in length.

The paper submission deadline is 22 April 2008.

The proceedings will be published on the XTech 2008 web site.

Tutorial presenters

You are not required to submit a paper, but must submit handouts for your tutorial in printable form. These need to be sent in by 22 April 2008 at the very latest. Please email handouts to Carmel Mills, CMills@idealliance.org.
