Registering Online

Go to the online registration system and create a profile, be sure to fill in all the required fields. Once the profile is created you will be able to begin the registration process. You will be taken to the screen showing all events, scroll down to the XTech logo click on the link to reach the XTech registration site. To register you are required to select a registration class from the drop down menu.

For a Gold Pass (includes tutorials) select one of the following

• Gold Pass for Partners
• Gold Pass for Academics
• Gold Pass for Non Members
• Gold Pass for Members (IDEAlliance members only)

For a Full Conference Only Pass select one of the following

• Non Members
• Partner-Conference
• Academic
• Student
• IDEAlliance Member

For Tutorials only select one of the following

• Tutorial Member (IDEAlliance members only)
• Tutorial NonMember

Make all of your selections and hit check-out.

The next page will be Badge Maintenance, just hit continue. At Registration Check-Out enter in the credit card information and hit the check-out button. This process may take a minute or so.
