• Gold Pass (May 6-9) —In addition to the conference the Gold Pass includes your choice of tutorials on May 6th. Choose the full day tutorial or one morning tutorial and one afternoon tutorial.

Registration information

Advanced Registration Deadline

Advanced registration closes April 25, 2008 at 18:00 USA EST. Registration will re-open onsite May 6, 2008. A $100 US onsite fee will be added to all onsite registrations.

Payment Policy

A valid registration must include full payment.

Confirmation Policy

When using the on-line registration system, a confirmation will be automatically sent via email. Registrations are subject to approval by IDEAlliance. If using the PDF fax/mail in form, an IDEAlliance staff member will forward a confirmation upon processing.

IDEAlliance Membership

Anyone working for an IDEAlliance Membership Company List is eligible for the member rate.

Academic policy

• To receive the Academic Rate, registrations MUST be accompanied by a copy of your current faculty ID from an accredited college or university.

• To receive the Student Rate, registrations MUST be accompanied by a copy of your current full time student ID from an accredited college or university.

VAT tax

VAT for Ireland is 21%. All fees include VAT. If you have current VAT exemption certificate you must register using the PDF form. Once the registration form is completed, fax it along with a copy of the exemption certificate to +1 703-837-1072. No exemptions will be granted without the certificate.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be received in writing. If the cancellation request is received by April 30, 2008, only a cancellation fee of $150 US will be charged. If after the cancellation date no refund will be issued.
